THE BERLIN WALL:
A DIVIDED WORLD

MARCH 8TH 2024

Visit to the exhibition “The Berlin Wall. A Divided World” by the CEO of Musealia at the Canal Foundation.

We discovered the history of the Fall of the Berlin Wall through personal stories, multimedia resources and a great journey through the Cold War and the fall of a system that divided the continent, its countries and families. The exhibition includes more than 20 metres of the original wall and more than 300 personal objects.

An experiential tour divided into five thematic areas exploring the context of post-World War II Europe and how the conflicting visions between the United States and the Soviet Union led to the Cold War, plus how the Wall unexpectedly came down.

An exhibition by Musealia and Stiftung Berliner Mauer, presented by Fundación Canal and in collaboration with Canal de Isabel II and the Comunidad de Madrid.
