We live in a world that’s changing at such an intense, dizzying speed. People often find themselves searching for examples and guides to help us understand what’s going on and how to live our lives. And they’re hard to find.
People want to be free and we don’t like to be told what to do. But we need other people to accompany us and help us discover the meaning of life. Accompanying others is a very difficult task and few are capable of doing it well.
A true leader knows that it’s more important to understand others than to do lots of things, to accompany others rather than ordering them around, to forgive rather than judging, to serve rather than being served, to inspire and motivate others to reach their full potential, to promote the common good rather than one’s own interests.
La Escuela de Gobierno y Liderazgo Isabel la Católica nace para identificar, atraer, formar y acompañar a (futuros) líderes de servicio que sepan guiar a las sociedades a través de un cambio de época.
The idea of this first edition is to identify, train and accompany youth from the Community of Madrid who have a vocation and objective conditions to become political, economic and social leaders.
This program is intended to identify and train young entrepreneurs and businesspeople in the practical application of the values of the Gospel in the business world, providing them with tools that will allow them to apply these values both effectively and efficiently. It will be developed in collaboration with the Blazer Foundation, which will finance the majority of the scholarships, His Way at Work, Acción Social Empresarial, and UNIAPAC, among other organizations. It will take place from October to December 2023.
